Jukka Ropponen, b. 1959

CEO and partner of Roima Intelligence Inc. since May 2014. Responsible for the company’s operative business, mergers and acquisitions & development. Reports to the Board.
Previously Ropponen has served, among other things, as the CEO and partner of Snoobi Corp., a company which he took to a successful exit in 2012 when Fonecta acquired the company. Before this, Ropponen has been the CEO of Tieturi Vision Oy and Sanako Corp. and made a successful career at Eastman Kodak Co. At Kodak, he was responsible for the EMEA area digital photo products aimed at the professional market and for the entire global sales channel. He has been stationed in places such as the UK, Switzerland and for seven years at the Kodak headquarters in New York.
Ropponen is a certified Six Sigma quality methodology blackbelt.
Jukka Marttila, b. 1968

CFO and partner of Roima Intelligence Inc. as of August 2015. Responsible for the company’s financial administration and finance. Reports to the CEO.
Previously Marttila has served as CFO of Fastems Oy Ab as well as Chief Financial Officer and partner of Nokian Capacitors Ltd which, after a strong period of growth, was sold to Areva in 2007. In addition, he has worked as a business line manager and been responsible for the production of Nokian Capacitors Oy.
Marttila has 20 years of experience in financial management and funding and has been involved in several M&A transactions. He has solid experience of enterprise resource planning systems and has been responsible for the acquisition and roll-out of an ERP system in two different corporations. During his career, Marttila has also run large investment projects, such as the construction and commissioning of a new reactor factory at Nokian Capacitors Ltd.
Thommy Djupenström, b. 1969

Chief Technology Officer and partner of Roima Intelligence Inc since October 2018. Reports to the CEO.
Djupenström has over 20 years’ experience on digitalization of functions and processes. During the last 15 years he has worked around the world in various MES projects for major companies, with responsibility for architecture, integrations and technical solutions.
Previously Djupenström has worked for Klinkmann, Invensys, and most recently for Aveva. In Aveva Djupenström was in charge of the Model Driven Competence Center. Djupenström’s strength is his experience of business, processes and software development combined with digitalization skills.

Jan Frykhammar

Jan Frykhammar has previously made an impressive career as the CEO (interim), CFO and Business Unit Head of Ericsson and has extensive experience in B2B sales, negotiations, M&A, turnarounds, professional services, and continuous sustainable operational improvements. Frykhammar has proven functional expertise in all relevant areas of the global finance function, such as treasury, business and financial control, governance, and risk management. Currently, Frykhammar holds several assignments as non-executive board director and chairman of various finance and audit committees. Frykhammar has a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Uppsala.
Arjo Laukia

Arjo Laukia has served as investment professional at Intera Partners since 2016, working on new deal sourcing and supporting Intera’s portfolio companies on various topics, such as strategy, M&A and finance. Previously, Laukia worked as a consultant and project manager at McKinsey & Company, advising companies both in Finland and internationally across a wide range of industries on areas ranging from digitalization, organizational design, sales & marketing to strategy. Laukia holds an M.Sc. (Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Aalto University.
Jokke Paananen

Jokke Paananen is the CEO and co-founder of Intera Partners. Prior to founding Intera in 2007, Paananen worked at CVC Capital Partners, Industri Kapital and Morgan Stanley. Paananen holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Aalto University School of Business.
Christoffer Zilliacus

Partner and responsible for the Roima investment at Intera Partners
Christoffer Zilliacus has worked for more than 10 years in Nordic private equity, primarily investing in Finnish and Swedish companies and supporting companies in driving international growth. Before that, Zilliacus worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Zilliacus holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
